Fiesta Trip (During and Outbound)

We arrived at 8:30am at the place we are going to stay and we ate our breakfast and I played my brother’s PSP. The game I played was Project Diva. Its the only game I can play with without being bored i think haha.

Anyway, after a while of playing the game I felt sleepy so I went to bed. At around 7pm I woke up ate dinner with the whole people at the household and watched a bit of TV.
At around 11pm, Me and two of the youngest daughters watched some talent contest held at an open field and we stayed until the awardings of who won that talent contest.

The next morning, I woke up at 6:30am, with no one lying on the bed but me. I was even surprised after sleeping at past 1 o’clock in the morning, I was able to wake up that early.

After eating breakfast, we went to church and the mass went on for an hour and half. -.- Can’t blame them, It’s Fiesta and its an important day in church calendar. After we got back in the house, I played PSP and yes another batch of Project Diva.

I like the Kocchi Muite Baby (?) Song in the list. But then I felt sleepy again so I took a nap. Woke up feeling hungry so I ate a whole lot of different foods.

From White rice, Dinuguan, Pochero, Cordon Bleu and of couse my favorite, Leche Flan. There’s even Pancit Canton, gelatin and buko pandan that I didn’t even get to taste. 😦

I started reading the pocketbook that I borrowed from my best friend. At first, reading the book was boring. Really really boring. Up until the part when the guy really revealed himself and why he was acting a bit suspicious towards the girl’s intentions of coming in the slums.

That part I was reading it on the bus going to Alabang. Since we missed the bus going to Cubao, we rode the bus going to Alabang. Until we changed transportation, another bus towards Crossing in Ortigas/Shaw Blvd. Then we rode a tricycle to my mom’s best friend’s Mom’s House.

(I dont really know what I am talking about so lets put it this way: Me>Mom|Best Friend>Best Friend Mom House  hope that cleared any confusion. If you are/were confused)

Then while we were riding the Jeepney going to our place I kept reading even though the vehicle was moving, there was barely light that I could use to read the book, the vehicle was full and a bit cramped. But about one-fourth of the trip, I finished reading the book.

It was good and it satisfied my hopeless romantic bone hahaha

The moment we got home, I went to my room and plopped myself (i want to say face down but that would be lying hahaha) face up and was thinking of what to wear for tomorrow, unpack some of my stuff, and that is when I will go to bed.

The thing is I fell asleep right away. Too tired to do anything anymore hahahaha

And so This is the end of my Fiesta Trip.

Fiesta Trip (Inbound;))

Today, me and my family are heading to Batangas City for a Fiesta Visit. We are going to stay at my mom’s best friend’s house for an overnight stay since I have work on monday we really can’t stay that long. If I was already a regular in my first work maybe by this time I could already file a leave of absence but since I didn’t work for my previous company anymore that’s beside the point haha.

My bag with all the necessary things needed for this trip

At 4:25am we left the house and rode a cab towards the bus terminal. (Yeah, we don’t own a car nor a motorcycle. Although we own a jeep before but we sold it because of some circumstances.)

Tip, whenever you are visiting the Philippines especially in Metro Manila, you should ALWAYS keep the different kinds of bills and coins in your pocket/wallet/purse.

Why? Because cab drivers will ask for an additional fee. Let’s just say that the meter says it’s Php 124.50. If you have 25 centavos with you that’s two 25 centavo coins, four 1 peso coins, one 20 peso bill, and one 100 peso bill. That is how you pay the driver. Now, if you don’t have coins for the said fare, you should pay the cab driver with a one 100 peso bill and the lowest denomination of one of your bills. If your lowest bill is a 20 peso bill then use two 20 peso bill to cover your fare. Don’t wait for the change. The cab driver will just tell you that he doesn’t have coins to givve you your change. If you are lucky enough then you will have your change.

After we got off the cab, we found a bus quickly and waited for it to get all of the seats occupied. Currently I am writing this blog at 5:18am and we are now heading to the what we call the SLEX (South Luzon Express way) kind of the Interstate Highway in the states.

My bus ticket

The last time that we went to Batangas, Me and my mom are seatmates and my brother is the one sitting with a stranger across our seats. Now, it is me who is sitting with a stranger and is sitting behind them.

So for now this will be it 🙂

Oh and by the way, sorry to say but I wont be posting pictures of myself. :)))
